VISA APPLICATION
EABCT 2027 will take place in Warsaw, Poland. International participants may require a visa to enter Poland and the Schengen Area. We strongly recommend checking visa requirements as early as possible and beginning the application process well in advance of the congress.
Participants can verify entry requirements through the official European Union and Polish government websites.
Visa Support Letters
While EABCT 2027 and the Polish Association for Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy (PACBT) cannot issue visas, we are pleased to provide Visa Support Letters to assist registered delegates with their visa applications.
Visa Support Letters are available through the congress registration system.
Important Information
● Visa Support Letters are issued only after full registration and payment have been confirmed.
● Letters are provided in PDF format and sent electronically via email.
● Processing of Visa Support Letter requests may take up to two weeks after registration confirmation.
● We strongly encourage participants to schedule visa appointments as early as possible, as processing times may vary considerably depending on the country of application and may take several months in some cases.
Your Responsibility
It is the responsibility of each participant to:
● Check visa and entry requirements applicable to their nationality.
● Apply for the appropriate visa in a timely manner.
● Prepare all documents required by the relevant Polish embassy or consulate.
● Ensure that their passport remains valid for the required period of travel.
